Educational Support Staff

We have an incredibly dedicated team of educational support staff compromising:

Senior Behaviour Manager, Pastoral Managers, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Safeguarding Officer, Attendance Manager, Attendance Officer, Carers Advisor, Teaching Assistants, HLTA’s, Cover Supervisor, Cluster IT manager, IT technicians, Community and Transition Lead, Technology/Art and Music and Lighting technicians.

Business Support

And a talented business support team comprising a diverse variety of roles such as :

Cluster Business Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Caretakers, Finance Manager and officer, Cluster Marketing Lead, Marketing officer, Cluster HR Manager, HR manager and HR officer, Data Manager, Exams officer, Officer Manager, SEND administrator, Receptionist and Apprentice office business administration and Personal Assistant.

Continual Professional Development for Support Staff

“I’m really excited to be enrolled on the Chartered Institute for Marketing Digital Marketing course which will eventually lead to a postgraduate diploma in Marketing.  When I first started this role, I had no prior experience or professional qualifications in marketing but Salford City Academy has supported me both in professional development, knowledge, and experience.
