What happens once I have made an initial application?

Once you have applied for a position through our application portal, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your application. We endeavour to shortlist for interview within three working days of the job closing.  You will then receive an email to confirm if you have been shortlisted for an interview.  Due to the number of applications, we receive, we don’t always contact unsuccessful applicants.   

Will I get any professional development opportunities?

Absolutely! We offer a huge variety of CPD options.  From pursuing qualifications to mentorship and leadership training, we want to see every staff member realise their full potential 

I can’t see a role that matches my criteria, can I apply speculatively?

What will my interview process consist of?

This will depend on what type of role you are interviewing for, but you can expect a formal panel interview, a tour with students and to teach a lesson if you are interviewing for a teaching position. Details will be sent via email prior to interview.
